What Our Homeowners Are Saying

"The team at Chosen has been nothing but professional and courteous. Their attention to detail is exceptional and I feel well supported as a host."

Jennifer Housh

"Our old management felt impersonal and overly commercial. Since Chosen took over, everything runs smoothly and effectively. Their team delivers excellent communication and professional management."

Courtney 1

"We have personally managed our vacation rental for years, but when we decided to retire, we realized we needed assistance. We looked for a property manager whose main focus was to continue to give our guests a 5-star experience. Chosen has expanded our reach on other platforms, and assisted us in updating our listing with great photography. I am extremely happy with our decision to be a part of the Chosen family and would highly recommend them."

Debby Deneault

"After a disappointing experience with our previous management company, we were ready to switch. Since switching [to Chosen], our unit has been a huge success. Guest satisfaction is high, complaints are minimal, and we're finally making money. After over two years of working together, the Chosen team consistently proves to be communicative, trustworthy, and exceptionally professional."
